We encourage all of our clients to finish their education and obtain their college degree. We understand that, at times, this can take place after the player is already playing professional football. Almost all schools offer correspondence courses or on-line courses that will enable the player to pick up some of the final credits needed for graduation.

We hope each one of our clients goes on and has a very successful career playing professional football for 10 – 15 years. But, the truth of the matter is that the average length of time in the NFL is a little over 3 years. We’ve had a number of clients play from 12 – 14 years, but in today’s violent game, that is a rarity.

Dealing with the fact that an average professional football career will last a little over 3 years, we feel it is important to immediately start developing a plan for the player’s second career, whether that is a career in education, business, coaching, medicine, or whatever field the player chooses, we will assist the player to develop a resume and a plan for that second career.
